October 2023

The EMODnet - LifeWatch ERIC Autumn Data School is coming soon!

On November 13-15, a group of researchers from the African Mediterranean countries will gather in Lecce to join our DATAthon on best practices for data management. During the first two days, they will work collaboratively in teams to apply data science tools and techniques to solve practical problems and generate insights. The last day, on November 15, EMODnet trainers and these researchers will organise a hybrid training session for all registered participants (online and in presence) to discuss and learn how to create Citizen Science projects and involve volunteers in the process of saving and standardising historical data.
